We offer these sacks plain and printed, in a range of sizes to suit all needs. They are available in open mouth sewn bottom, open mouth block bottom, or valve sack formats. Woven PP Sacks can be laminated with paper or other materials, and printed up to 8 colours.
These sacks are used in applications where high sack strength and resistance to Rough treatment during handling are a requirement.
Open Mouth Block Bottom Sacks:
Used in a variety of industries, this sack design is convenient for ease of filling, as it is able to stand during the filling process. Once filled is very stable, enabling easy top closure.
Valve Sacks:
Woven polypropylene valve sacks utlilising the Windmoeller "AD Star" equipment gives valve sacks with a welded rather than a pasted base.
This type of bottom patch prevents any product leakage, and is particularly useful where this is important. These sacks can be printed up to four colours, and one colour on the base patch.
