A comprehensive range of sizes of valve sacks are available, from sizes suitable for 3 kg of powder product to sacks with a valve of 210 mm width. We produce valve sacks with integrated handles suitable for point-of-sale applications, sacks with a sewn bottom and a valved top, and sacks with a tear-out base for ease of emptying.
Open Mouth Papermatch Sacks:
Three layer coextruded films with a Calcium Carbonate outer layer give a plastic sack an apperance similar to paper sacks. These sacks can be used in applications where the look of a paper sack is desirable but the weather resisitance of as plastic sack is important. we are able to offer these printed in up to eight colours.
Milpac Sacks:
These sacks are specially designed for use in applications in which fast venting during filling is required, as the design is such that fine powders can be filled into the sack at high speed without problems.
We offer these sacks is a variety of sizes, and in low melt polymers for applications such as road marking paints. Sealable valves to prevent product spillage after filling are also available in this type of sack.
Back Seam Sacks:
Suitable for packaging which requires 100% print coverage . As these sacks are made from sheet full process printing can be utilised to produce superlative print appearance. Back seam sacks are available in coextruded film, laminated with pe or pp. Metallicised inner pp film layers can be used as appropriate to customer requirements.
