The inno-lok system is a re-closable feature which enables the opening and re-closing of the packaging without spoiling the freshness and shelf life of the product. Inno-lok is suitable for wrapping salads, frozen foods, snacks, bakery products, pet foods and fertilisers. We can offer this system on film as well as bags, and the film can be used on both horizontal and vertical wrapping machines.
Speciality Films:
FFS Films suitable for vertical lines for wrapping
Fertilisers, Compost, Salts, Frozen Foods and
Milk are available, with either flexo printing
up to eight colours or rotogravure up to twelve
Colours.
We offer Laminated Films in triplex (PET/ALU/PE)
combinations with solvent free lamination suitable
for use with vertical FFS machines for wrapping
coffee in either ground form or as beans.
We can also offer films suitable for vacuum packaging,
and provide re-closable zippers and valves should
these be required.
Antifog films
We offer laser perforated anti-fog film for use in the fresh food packaging industry. These films have been specially formulated for the packaging of salads cheeses and fruit, the antifog characteristics maintain fresh product appearance with extended shelf life. These films can be printed up to eight colours process.
Peelable closures
Our innovative peelable closures can be supplied with our antifog film, and these closures offer advanced barrier protection properties against moisture and oxygen. They are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, are very user friendly, and offer an effective and cheap alternative to the inno-lok closure system.
Speciality Bags:
Printing up to eight colours digital flexo. Our range of speciality bags includes 3-side seal bags, K-seal bags, Square bottom bags, side gusset bags with zippers ad caps (if required). All of these are offered in laminated films to suit your application and printed up to eight colours digital flexo.
Slider Sacks
These sacks are reclosable by means of a slider rather than by pressing a seal such as an inno-lok together. This is particularly useful on large sacks where pressing an inno-lok seal over a long section of the sack is not very practical.
Top Slider Sacks
A new developement of this technology is our top slider sack. In this design the slider has been positioned at the top of the sack rather than the front, which enables the user to open the sack fully across it's width.
Side Carry Handles
Large sacks are difficult to carry because of their volume. To overcome this problem for point-of-sale applications we offer sacks with a centrally positioned handle in the side gusset of the sack which enables it to be carried in the same way as a suitcase.
Improvements in our production technology now enable us to offer side handles on small SQ4 style bags as well as large sacks. This enables the user to pour product from the bag in the same way as with a rigid container. A further enhancement to this design is a pouring spout, and these are available in several designs.
SQ4 Resealable Bags:
SQ4 bags in coextruded and laminated films provide excellent packaging where the visual impact is important, and the bags are required to stand vertically after filling.
These bags are the plastic equivalent to a paper SOS bag, but because of the type of materials used they have superb appearance. SQ4 bags are available with resealable closures and handles, and barrier films are available for products where this is a requirement.
Woven Polypropylene Laminated Sacks:
We offer laminated woven polypropylene sacks rotogravure printed up to eight colours. Because of the woven polypropylene inner laminate, these sacks
combine immense strength with first class visual effect from the printed outer laminate.
These sacks can be produced in either a block bottom format or a sewn bottom format.
Woven Polypropylene Paper Laminated Sacks:
Similar in construction to the woven pp laminated
sack, this design incorporates a paper outer laminate,
thus giving a sack which has the appearance of a paper
sack, but the strength of a woven polypropylene sack.
These can be made using 80gsm bleached kraft or 60gsm
bleached or natural kraft outer laminate, Printing
up to four colours is available. These sacks can be
produced in either a block bottom format
or a sewn bottom format.
